Karim Sokhn is a licensed Social Worker (2012), a certified Career Coach (2024) and an Addiction Counselor (2025) with 15 years of experience in project and operations management, case management, and coaching. 

Throughout his career, Karim has designed and delivered capacity-building programs that strengthen functional independence, workplace wellbeing, and interpersonal effectiveness. He has worked with diverse populations and backgrounds, including individuals seeking personal growth, students navigating educational and career decisions, professionals pursuing development and fulfilment, and individuals with lived experience of mental health conditions. 

Karim has also provided consultancy services to organizations seeking to strengthen accountability systems, employee wellbeing, and effective feedback mechanisms that support healthy, productive, and inclusive work environments.

As the founder of CLKS, Karim combines collaborative coaching, social work and psychosocial support methodologies, and implements needs-based action plans, practical implementation, measurable progress, and active follow-up and accountability, ensuring that learning is translated into real-life execution and sustainable outcomes.

Karim delivers individual coaching and group workshops, both remotely and in person. His sectors of experience include humanitarian, hospitality, healthcare, corporate, customer service, F&B, sports and education.
